Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Slade Gardens Community Play Association CIO (SGCPA) will be held at 5.30 pm on Monday, 30 June, 2025 in the playground hut, for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, passing the following Resolutions:

- Election of Trustees
- Retiring, not eligible for re-election
- Retiring in rotation, eligible for re-election: Rebecca Jarvis, Olga Muniz Rubiera, Michaela Carmichael, Janis Marsh, Gillian Johnson-Hill, Dr. Jamie Bulloch, Katharina Bielenberg
- Newly nominated as trustee: Nkechi-Vivien Ashiedu, Frances Earlam and Roy Simpson

Current honorary officers are Katharina Bielenberg – Chair, Roy Simpson – Treasurer, and Frances Earlam – Secretary.
We are actively recruiting new trustees with planning, building, fundraising, tech, or user experience to share. Trustees must be 18 years +. Enquiries welcome. We look forward to Stockwell residents, partners and especially facility users attending our AGM.
SGCPA registered members are eligible to vote. If you registered for the APG or Stay & Play you are a registered user. All registered users and registered members are eligible to vote. After the close of the formal AGM there will be an opportunity for discussion, questions and refreshments.
