All playground adventurers, parents, guardians, Stockwell residents, suppliers, and local community are welcome at our Annual General Meeting.
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Slade Gardens Community Playground Association (SGCPA) will be held at 2pm on Saturday, 31 January, 2026 in the playground hut, for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, passing the following Resolutions:

- Welcome & Chair’s report on behalf of the Trustees
- Declaration of interests
- Minutes of last AGM
- Financial report & accounts 2024-2025
- Financial update for 2026
- Election of Trustees
- Review the board’s objectives for 2026
- Developing a new community hub
- Any other business
- Next meeting
Current honorary officers are Katharina Bielenberg – Chair, Roy Simpson – Treasurer, and Frances Earlam – Secretary.
We are actively recruiting new volunteers or trustees with building, fundraising, tech, or user experience to share.
Trustees must be 18 years +. Enquiries welcome.
We look forward to Stockwell residents, partners and especially facility users attending our AGM.
All SGCPA registered users and registered members are eligible to vote. Registration is free.
