Unfortunately, due to the latest Government guidelines and advice from Lambeth Youth Commissioning Team, Slade Gardens Adventure Playground and the Stay and Play is temporarily closed.

We will review guidelines weekly.

Please can we remind parents: You should attend if you or your child is experiencing any of the symptoms of coronavirus (Covid-19) infection:

  • a new, continuous cough
  • high temperature
  • loss of or change to their sense of taste or smell.

In addition to any unwell symptoms including upset stomach, vomiting or diarrhoea. Instead, request a test ( or by calling 111) and stay at home until you get the result, or longer if the result is positive for Covid-19. Also please remain at home: ➢ If anyone in your household (or social bubble) has Covid-19 symptoms and/or has had a positive test in the last 14 days. ➢ If you/your child has been traced as a contact of someone who tested positive for Covid-19 and advised to self-isolate for 14 days. ➢ If anyone in your household is waiting for the results of a Covid-19 test (regardless of whether they have symptoms or not) ➢ If you/ your child has returned in the last 14 days from a country from which returning travellers must quarantine (See for more details on which countries are affected). If any of these apply, please let us know as soon as you can. Unfortunately, we had to isolate for 14 days which is very inconvenient for other families so please can we following the above guidelines and please contact us if you have any queries.

How to stop COVID-19 spreading There are things you can do to help reduce the risk of you and anyone you live with getting ill with COVID-19 Do

  • wash your hands with soap and water often – do this for at least 20 seconds
  • use hand sanitiser gel if soap and water are not available
  • wash your hands as soon as you get home
  • cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or your sleeve (not your hands) when you cough or sneeze
  • put used tissues in the bin immediately and wash your hands afterwards
